Looks great! I feel the same about 60fps footage - it looks unnaturally smooth and boring to me. I just purchased a Yi 4K action camera and found your video while experimenting with frame rates. I love the cinematic look of 24fps and want to experiment with 48fps as well.
Interesting. I just uploaded my first motovlog and I get slightly dizzy from the footage. I think I was using 120 fps, but yours at 30 looks much better. I've always thought the higher the better.. Thanks!
The Foreigner So I typically film everything in 24fps, but for my motovlogs I like the look of 60fps. I leave the stabilization on and I haven’t seen any issues. I figure if I am trying to do something cinematic then I will use 24 but for vlogs I don’t need it to have a cinematic look. 😄
Almost 3 yrs old but still relevant. I'm using the Insta360 OneR which does not have 24fps. I'm set at 30fps now. Next setting up is 50fps. I'll keep it at 30fps until that becomes a problem. Recording in 4k, but curiously, it has a 3k setting. Anyway... Your info made it to Idaho Falls where I'm putting it to good use. Thank You.
You should probably change to 25/50fps, not 60fps, considering you are in Europe. As you can see the brake lights of some cars are flickering in your video. 2:37

Nice video, good info! Have you tried using an ND filter when at 1/48 shutter?

Our eyes see everything smoothly, imo.
