      మేము మామిడికాయ ముక్కలు కొలిచి పెట్టుకుంటాము.కుంచెడు(అంటే 5 శేర్లు ) ముక్కలకి 2 గ్లాసుల కారం,1 -1/2 రాల ఉప్పు ,ఆవపిండి1- 1/2,మెంతిపిండి 1/2 గ్లాసు,వెల్లుల్లి రెబ్బలు1/4 కేజీ ,వలిచి వేసుకోవాలి.కొన్ని వెల్లుల్లి దంచి వేసుకోవాలి .ఒక చెంచా పసుపు,అరకేజి నూనె వేసుకుని కలిపపెట్టుకోవాలి.3 రోజులు పాటు ,రోజు ఒకసారి కలుపుకోవాలి.అప్పుడు ఉప్పు కరుగుతుంది.ఉప్పు ముందే సరిపడవేసుకోకూడదు.ముక్కలు ఉప్పగా అవుతాయి.3రోజుల తరవాత చూసుకుని సరిపడ ఉప్పు కలుపుకుని,ఇంకొదిగా నూనె కలుపుకుంటే సరిపోతుంది.మేము ఇలాగే పెట్టుకుంటాము.
