Inguva will be main ingredient in Avakaya you can check up. Especially vegetarians prepare Mango pickle with Inguva. As garlic dominate this aroma of Inguva
people think that Inguva is not used in the preparation of this avakaya.

We love your video's, Avakaya is not only pickle, it's an emotion, I never enjoyed with my grandmother but enjoying with my mother while making Avakaya (Mango pickle) we use to enjoy in childhood while making pickle every grandmother & mother should teach their kid's how to prepare pickle, it's just time taking but every one can make, I have seen many people carry pickle abroad but now all ingredients are available in abroad you can prepare by yourself, in some places they prayer before processing of pickle for not to rotten, some people they will Take pickles out of jar in daytime after bath, it's their belief and traditions, we like they way you present in Telugu, for every State their mother tongue language is an emotion, but other than Telugu speaking people won't understand the process, just add subtitles for this video must dubbed in Hindi, in india almost many people will understand Hindi 🤞👍 😍
