podrias pasarme el firmware ya que al darle en configuracion me dice que forsozamente tengo que agregar el archivo de actualizacion, no deje que sea en linea

How to do a hard reset? I went to change the tint to from warm in the settings and it's gone completely black. It only just arrived aswell.
