well she's a trained medical professional so she deals with this on a daily basis, her videos are actually really nice and she makes each video in a whispered and a soft spoken version (The ASMR psychologist if u missed it). Definitely recommend

If you can get to the point where you are aware you are dreaming within the dream, you can take control of the experience and have a lot of fun with it. Maybe include that in your nightly mantra. Tell yourself before you fall asleep that you will become aware of the dream while it's happening and you will realize at that point that you can do anything you want. When I succeed at that I usually start flying like superman, and it's exhilarating! Tell yourself that it's going to be a fun experience and you get to where you are excited and relaxed about falling asleep. Remember, nightmares aren't a bad thing. It's your brain's way of figuring out the best ways to react to stressful situations through trial and error. It's like a dry run where you can't get hurt so take advantage! When you remind yourself of these things while you are dreaming, the scary things you encounter in your dreams aren't so scary anymore. #ProgressiveMentalStrategies
You shouldn’t do lucid dreaming. Once or twice is okay, but the point of sleeping and dreaming is that your brain works through the things you experienced throughout the day. If you start thinking while you’re sleeping, your sleep won’t do you any good.

Oml my health teacher in 8th grade like 4-5 years ago talked about this I forgot and he talked about the ones around the eye and we would sit in silence in a dark room and just do that. It was relaxing
