  • Our second trip to the Adirondacks this year brought us back to Lake Colden via Avalanche Pass to climb Algonquin & Iroquois Peaks. We had perfect weather and a great day on the mountain. It’s an extremely steep and rocky climb from the Lake Colden side featuring multiple traverses across the stream, waterfalls, rock stairwells, boulders, ledges, nice slabs, the cool arctic plant zone and epic 360 degree views from the top! This video highlights the entire climb from our campsite to the peaks of Algonquin, Boundary and Iroquois.
