Despite its simple design, the Death Saw can deliver many different sounds. Is this pedal the new Swedish Chainsaw King?

Fuck yes! i was slightly disappointed in this pedal and was ready to flip it. Then you showed the trim pots and WHALAH! Not sure why i never opened it up. I am a dumbs yes, but now am slightly loud noise smarter. Much appreciated. Cheers.

This pedal sounds great.. as someone who tends to find a setting I like and leave it, I can see some serious value to the trim pot only adjustment.
I love your demo style and I am now totally looking forward to picking this pedal up. 🤘

Does the pedal come with a screwdriver?
Very practical, especially for live performances! The horror 😀

It sounds okay, but they're charging the same amount as the pedal they're comparing it to and that pedal has knobs that you don't need a Tech Deck screwdriver to adjust. There are Waza HM-2s for sale now new for less than this pedal. I'm not a Boss fan, but in terms of practicality, it's a no brainer.

@thefuneralparade yeah, I disagree. It's less craftsmanship and tone control for more money, and it's based on the same circuit. Like I said, I'm not even a boss fan but this is no contest. It just doesn't measure up in terms of quality and ease of use.

Set it and forget it (like a HM2 all the way to the 10's derrrr). Find the inner Demon and let it live forevermore. Personally I find the Hyper Metal HM3 pisses all over the HM2 anyways Wazza or not.

Your trim pots for the clean and tight were switched off at 5:58 ya stoner glove wearer so it made no difference. I'm still trying to figure out if i need both the switches up and what the difference to the left and the right makes but I am also stoned. I didn't find out about the insides till a couple of nights ago but nobody knows what the fuck is going on with the double switches plus the one you never turned on for the clean stuff YEWWWWWWW. I've got it sounding shit hot into a preamp but it would be nice to know what I'm doing FS

So sick of this lazy ripoff era of boutique-priced gimmicky one or no knob guitar pedals with the only way being able to tweak is with a trim pot. Sounds good but no ability to conventionally tweak is laughable and a dealbreaker.

It’s 139€ new and you just set it once for your instrument or playing it’s actually very easy as you can see 😊

This is not a ripoff and it sounds different than any Hm2 we've ever tried (way better in our opinion). Comparison video coming next week.

Don't buy it then. So many options out there.

Its actually cheaper than any hm2 I can find and it sounds way better. Obviously the "no knobs" thing is a gimmick, but most people only ever played an hm2 with the knobs turned all the way up any way, which is the whole point of the joke behind this pedal not having knobs.
