Eta: I found on Google brown hot water for over a decade possibly causing fatal cancer and the insurance hike.
I would NEVER purchase a new condo….period. The buildings always shift and cause a myriad of problems such as leaky windows, cracked walls and cracked ceilings. If you purchase in an older building you can have a history check run by a lawyer or realtor. Plus…older buildings have way more charm than these newer monstrosities.
