The other day, I was speaking to a young black guy up here in the north east in Starbucks. I just finished speaking to a client and he overheard.
He asked what I did. When I told him I run a marketing consultancy he was surprised, almost as though I didn't look the part (even though we're both black, he was surprised)
The point is, visible examples of black people winning at business are important, your channel is doing important work and you have a new subscriber.
    Appreciate you!

However, beneath the glossy visage of the Dubai city lies a foundation of pervasive human rights violations; primarily slavery. Slavery presents itself primarily in the construction industry, enabled by the exploitation of immigrant construction workers.

Soo, am I getting it right? Guy is buying affordable housing from auctions just for the sake of it, just for more profit, when people who don't have as much as him and for whom those affordable housing is only option, left out. So, because of ppl like this guy, the house prices and rent are just mad nowadays. He said with such pride that ppl applying like for a job, just to be able to get a room to live. And why so many people glorify and look up to this kind of guys. That's why we have a housing crisis at the first place, when working families can't even afford rent or own house. Mad, just mad

Would love to discuss your perspective with you. Reach out to @saveywallet and see if they can make it happen. While you are right, I buy property to make a profit (which is the goal of any business), those houses are unmortgageable, so the only people who could buy them would be "cash buyers". I refurbish them and then put them back out to market as beautiful homes people can buy with a 10% deposit. Thank for watching and stay blessed.

The way you have framed your argument, you make it sound like, it's people like PBK, who have already got enough money, is taking opportunities away from people who are on a lower income and struggling to get affordable housing. Respectfully I disagree. When Thatcher introduced right to buy, allowing lots of low income people to move from being rent payers to home owners, a lot of people on low income got on the property ladder, at substantially discounted prices. Proving, if the opportunity is there, irrespective of income, people will take advantage of those opportunities. So you could argue, the problem with the shortage of housing, goes way back, before PBK entered the property space. Thatcher failed to build new stock, to compensate for the houses that was being taken out the market. A growing population in London has also added to the problem, we're experiencing with, a high demand for fewer properties. The problem is multiimensiional and not just the stereotype of the greedy property developer, taking opportunities away from people who are struggling.

Why do you sound so bitter and disgruntled? He’s mastered his trade and capitalizing from it, it’s not like he’s profiting and not giving back, he constantly drops 💎

Nice to see the growth of your YT channel. You said the video was going to drop on Monday, true to your word, I just watched an engaging 1hr plus of property related content. It was interesting to learn the ebbs and flows of the property business. PBK Short listed but didn't buy 6 properties in January, then the following month bags 4 deals. My take out from this, always be prepared to play the long game.

I was glad to learn you have reached 10K subs. Much like a rare groove track, yet to be discovered, since watching your content, I feel I'm ahead of the curve. Whilst of course I want you to hit 100k in subs, I am enjoying being a member of a boutique community of people, gaining up on your knowledge.
I mentioned to @ savvywallet, a joint interview with Alfred could provide valuable information to the viewers of both your channels. You have a different methodology to Alfred, your end goal might be smiliar or the same. However, teasing out the difference in approach - slightly pushing back against each other, in an educative rather than confrontational way, could produce valuable content. What do you think?
