Cement and rebar quality is a problem. If they use beach sand for the concrete and saltwater to mix, buildings will corrode out in a few years. There are some terrible examples of this in the area. In Ghana you need to be there when they pour the cement with an expert who can inspect the mix, including the sand that is used. Also, the water there is TERRIBLE for water sports due to presence of Nile Crocodiles, water-borne parasites that infect swimmers, barracudas .... and, not to mention sharks. It is probably named Shark Island because sharks are in the area. I have heard that some people kitesurf at the beach in Keta, but there is probably some degree of risk from crocs. I think the risk is really great in the Volta River, which is where Shark Island is located. I also think the water will be rather yucky. There is non-river, beach surfing at Takoradi, I have heard. Perhaps that is far enough from a river estuary so that crocs are less of a risk.
I applaud you brother. Im a recent retired Black American looking to travel and possibly own property abroad. I will research your properties, then book a vacation around Jan 2025
That sun is a bright white hue. It looks like the sun in the desert. It’s so different than the warm orange hued sun on the East Coast of the States and/or in the Caribbean.
Sea is rising about 2.5mm per year, so that is about 1 inch per decade. It looks like they are about 2 feet above river level, so you should be OK for 100 years with respect to climate change problems. River flooding is another issue. The river is pretty wide there, so it "might" also be OK.
Great video however in sales its necessary to let potential customer know how to BUY..ALWAYS BE CLOSING😊 WhatsApp? His youtube channel? Website? I.G of the island and or developer, should be tagged, pinned to the first comment AND IS MISSING FROM THIS VIDEOS DESCRIPTION😢
I agree with you. I am looking and there is no sort of information to contact this man or his company. Why have an interview and no information tagged or pinned?
Thank you for believing in this dream

You would need 10s of millions to build the same thing in the USA.
You can get beachfront in Texas for a few hundred grand.
Price please ❤🇬🇭
How do get you building materials to the island?
Boat
Is the floor wooden?
Nope.!!.......wooden floors ain't the thing in Ghana. We like to walk silent!!
.... until the ladies come with tall heels to click-cluck all over the ceramic floor tiles.
