This is very good and nice to see
The myth of Africans not liking black Americans, black Caribbean or any black outside of Africa is just a myth
Africans on the continent of Africa are too busy living their life to be hating on others outside of the continent
They've other issues to be concerned about then to be hating
Not saying we are all loving but from my experience their is more love on the continent of Africa compare to Europe
I was very surprised when I 1st returned to the UK
Could not believe nor understood the division
Felt I was coned because I'd positive impressions of Europe when I was in Nigerian
Due to the indoctrination of the media and charity organizations

U nailed it... people "catching hell" and they're supposed to be thinking about that... Sure when we get here the system gives us this image .. directing us as to who to hate and be suspicious of... our people here too have been sold this image of how they were saved from being on the continent albeit in chains.. so go figure who gains...

Good documentary. Ghana is a welcoming country, Ghanaians are hospitable. Some work needs to be done on the timely issuance of resident cards. I have friends who have relocated to Ghana in 2018, and must renew their resident card each year. It is very costly, more than we pay here in Europe. Also their recent request has taken longer than usual, even after having handed in the documents and paid the usual fee. One needs to get rid of the paying of bribes in this sector.

Matter of fact, before I relocated to the States, I moved back to Ada to live there. Life there was life! My life growing up in Ada is summarized in #ShashaMarley’s Twin City Mafia song. One Love!

This is totally disgusting to see how they cleared all that rich forest when they could have managed it in a more rational way to build those houses. The legislators in Ghana need to make laws protecting the shorelines from developers also. In most rational countries you cannot own the shoreline of the country. From the mean high tide mark heading inland, those 200 meters should be exclusive government property for the enjoyment of every Ghanian. The legislators in Accra need to put a stop to this nonsense.

You don’t understand the land ownership in Ghana. It is not owned by the govt, but the land is own by the chiefs and individuals. Most of the land is leased for 99 years, after that u got to renew it. The govt doesn’t have the money to be buying the shoreland. Agree that there is the need for regulation regards to real estate. It is wild Wild West. But you can’t rely solely on govt. it don’t have the means, u need the people to form real estate associations to regulate themselves and the govt can step in.
