I think Finn is higher than tenth place to be honest. He’s the living embodiment of a catalyst comet which is similar to a force of the universe. Finn is also really adept at magic, as he is so skilled at it that it takes him hours and at most days to learn hard spells compared to others that years to learn harder spells. He is also a mighty warrior who became extremely skilled at fighting due to him having previous experience in his past life. Not to mention his astral projection and while immortality in the form of reincarnation allows for him to become extremely powerful. He’s literally the opposite of the Lich in terms making them just about equal power. Finn did defy his the Lich’s will multiple times when others having easily fallen to it. Same when other cosmic entities have tried as well.
Cosmic owl is #3 he scales also above the tegemark 3 hierarchy as he has access to literally EVERYTHING as the multiverse that AT takes place in is a dream of a dreamer and then is a dream of another dreamer then so on so forth infinitely.
