The sixth-generation E-Class from Mercedes-Benz has been unveiled, showcasing a much more modern take on the classic luxury saloon that is expected to go on sale in September for a starting price of over £50,000.
The new four-door grows in size over the previous model and has a larger cabin. It is one of the German automaker's final dedicated internal combustion engine models before it switches to electric solely.
In places where laws permit, such as its native nation of Germany, the 2019 Mercedes-Benz E-Class gets Level 4 autonomous tech as part of a driverless valet parking function that was previously only available on the Mercedes S-Class.
