COIN Breaks Up Following Allegations

- Nashville based indie pop/rock band COIN have broken up, following controversy and allegations surrounding two of their founding members, drummer Ryan Winnen and guitarist Joe Memmel. The band's frontman, Chase Lawrence, has released an official statement confirming the disbandment of COIN, and their 2025 "I'm Not Afraid of Tour Anymore" cancelation.

i’m glad that chase has done the right thing. breaking up your livelihood is hard. keeping your morals and deciding to risk your job, income, and career to stop supporting those who don’t morally align with you is such a tough choice. my heart goes out to him for this awful situation he’s had to navigate. he did the right thing. don’t cry 2020 and malibu 1992 will always hold special spots in my heart.
