That’s because you are a bad player with no respect for said friends, i annihilate my friends and we still friends cause I know they tryna do the same to me, we fighting eachother doing our best to win in good sportsmanship and there is no greater honour than having them as my opponents

the 0 cost kobold plus the partner horse that gives commander creatures +1/+1 counters is so fast the deck color shifts to blue
Keleth, Sunmane Familiar is the name of the Legendary Partner Horse, i believe. And yeah, low MV commanders goes lightspeed sometimes.
Some people seem to think they tried to make the fastest decks when in reality they just picked the fastest deck they had. Also love seeing blood avatar. He became my spirit animal after I got a foil version of him together with a signed art card and a foil token in 1 pack. Just murdered some people with him today. Mine is an aristocrat deck but thinking of trying some other versions since he is so flexible

Yes, since it is an alternative casting cost. It would be pretty broken if you can cast the same powerful sorcery as a mana sink.

Yeah the sorcery gets more expensive each time you cast it, but the deck is built with a bunch of ways to reduce it. It’s pretty wild
Yes, if you cast one side once, then the next time, cast the other side, the other side will cost 2 more.
Its pretty potent tbh just played against it the other night and it used LED and salvagers

I made a blood Avatar commander deck and it's really fun I got into an infinite combo and then the game crashed, which is really interesting because it never crashed even when I was getting thousands of scute swarms. I feel accomplished lol
I built it in paper. Extremely fun but my god the book keeping and mental math was extremely taxing. Definitely a “first game of the night” deck.
I'm going to choose to believe that you crashed paper Magic, because that's a funnier mental image.

Ugh, i loved the decks presented here. Reminds me of my Rograhk/Jeska EDH deck. Its nickname is "Karen and Her Gremlin Boy", as the point is to give the lil guy as much weaponry as possible, and then triple the damage. I can usually guarantee a player ko within 4 rounds.

New Inga and Esika is so fast I love it
My fast deck I like to go with is mono red partner deck. Rograkh, son of Rohgahh and Jeska, Thrice Reborn. It still needs work to get some of the better equipment, but a good starting hand can get a lot started turn 1.
The red makes it go FASTAH!
Light Paws is my fast deck of choice :D my LGS and I meme on it so much, that whenever we get a new commander player, its always one of the initiation decks. Its so we can prepare the newcomers with the sin and fuckery we commit in that building.
My fast decks are my two main decks; Kalemne Boros Angels & Edgar Markov.
Lord Windgrace does fun things with Landfall and Madness costs. Highly recommend.

Windgrace can be fast if you've got the nonbasic land search cards, and some nasty nasty legendary lands

I think I got to play my Skullbriar deck like once and then our group pretty much dissolved
ardenn and Rograkh from commander legends are amazingly fast as a equipment voltron.

Fastest deck I've used is Kinnan, Bonder Prodigy. A Blightsteel Colossus in the field in turn 4. If lucky, sooner.
Man I remember when Geist was the absolute bar none pinnacle of CDH. The power creep since then has been unreal.
Usually yeah my land matters deck gets lands out as fast as possible so I only draw spells to play, games don’t usually last to turn 20
My fastest deck is maybe my zurgo Voltron. Optimally I can win on t5, maybe t4
Favourite fast commander deck? Slicer. Goaded early threat that attacks every turn, not every round.
Does not matter what deck you build around this. It slaps. And I never play red otherwise.
My fast decks are Yuriko and Torbran. They can drain life totals plummet all together.

Oooh fun, id bring my Freya elf deck ^-^ id be a nice threat by around turn 6 or so, and almost unstoppable by turn 10 ^-^
I'd bring my krenko mob boss horde deck it pops off as soon as turn 8
I would bring my Nekusar as turn 1 Nekusar Teferri's Puzzle box Winds of change pass. No one really cares about mulligans right? lol. Nekusar really makes mulligans pointless as you are not gonna keep that hand, and you don't wanna risk not maligning incase the Nekusar player does not wheel as they suspect you of having a bad hand. Even a bad Nekusar deck can usually end the game around turn 5 even by accident as he is a wheel deck by nature
Though technically he is not a fast deck but more of a control deck as it is a anti meta deck as you can easily search for Leyline or crack an emergence zone just to flash in a wheel such as Day's Undoing on a opponents turn AFTER they resolved their search so now they have to shuffle their hand back into the deck
Nekusar is one of the ones that Competitive players don't really like facing off against as he is just too good at the disruption especially if you Overload a Cyclonic Rift just to Timetwister making sure no opponents get's their stuff back

Should've brought my Ghalta deck, getting a 12/12 trampler on turn 3 is usually considered pretty fast by the rest of the table
I have a kinnan binder prodigy deck I always say "if I don't have at least 7 mana by turn 3 the deck isn't working right

My fast deck is six samurai. It may be the wrong game but the deck is the fastest one I know. The slowest thing about the deck is how fast it is.

I LOVE Alena/Kodama, one of my favorite decks and no one ever plays it!

Mu fast pace has always just been krenko. If they let krenko live, it's going down and I always make a promise "I will not attack with any goblins" then sac them all to ashnods alter and cast fireball or sac them all for goblin bombsrdment

If you ask me for a fast deck, you get to play against Skullbriar. I don't think you want to play against Skullbriar.

I have a huge amount of respect for the prof here, but when I hear bring your fast decks none of those commanders crack the top 100. What i think of is Najella, Krrik, Tymna/Kraum, etc and were playing with underworld breach combo and thoracle combo.
I think only the professor knew about the deck stipulation ngl the others just straight up did not give a fuck
