They also featured a couple of songs that were personal, not going to be on any album for a while, and silly stuff they made up when at work, school, and places like such. It was great XD
I lived in Poquoson and I was in love with 96X, and then I had to move to a small town in Texas that only plays country music. Hearing this song reminds me of Virginia. This will always be one of my favorite songs. It's a shame I couldn't see Bison live while I was there. What an amazing song though!
These guys opened up for the Avett Brothers in Portsmouth last April. My friends and I spent most of our money on beer when we got there (expensive!) and had never heard them before. Needless to say, our minds were blown by this amazing band, these lyrics helped create a memory we will all treasure forever and has continued making memories since. We all sing at the top of our lungs whenever we hear it. "Our drinks were hardly worth the price we paid, but we thank god for them anyways."
please put this version on spotify. it's amazing

I wish my band got as popular as quickly Bison did

Fuck yeah 757. Awesome band to represent us
There is no meaning to life. Life just is. Existance just is.
This is my anthem, though I'm from Virginia. :D
I'm from Gloucester :)
why must people always liken music to another kind in order to evaluate/appreciate it? it should all just be appreciated for what it is
As a Swiss guy, I can relate.
Just played at ODU :]
3:30 and onward....so sweet
Dude so did I! :D

My Mumford and Sons Pandora station agrees with this statement
Lol that happens at every concert they have...
The Last Bison, I believe.

i read the qote as the song said it... how strange
GO CHESAPEAKE!!!
Oh~.. -derp- My bad. Hah.. They sure do have nifty accents despite being from the US.
I think I just found Marcus Mumford's American cousin:)
They were awesome at ODU...well except for strings exploding every song haha
Virginia Beach!!!
And...?
Sounds like an American Mumford and Sons
There are two differences between Mumford and Sons and Bison
1- Bison fans mostly come from the 757
2- What level of hipster you're on
Who is the band??? Please reply!
What's your point?
VIVE LA SUISSE :)
Umm... No they werent... Mumford and Sons came out 3 years earlier... But who cares? This song is awesome! Lets leave it at that.

They sound like Mumford and Sons and yet you like this group and not the other? hmmmmmmm
*You're * probably

Comparing Bison to Mumford & Sons is like comparing shit (M&S) to Gold (Bison)
but better
Mumford and Sons = gross.
This is so different and so much better.
Watch your mouth, son.
you're wrong...
I don't think Bison is American..
Agreed, they sound nothing like Mumford and Sons. People are idiots.
this isn't about cowboys but ....... cowboy aura
