The growth of that city is quite simply astounding, and you show it to perfection.
I don't recognise Manchester from the city I left in 2002. I much prefer the modern version. Amazing city, amazing video. Thank you.

God can they finally demolish Arndale Tower, it is such an eyesore, Manchester looks really good but they need to get rid of that monstrosity, it's right in the centre as well

Piccadilly gardens is worse if I am honest with you. it is such a grim place and it looks always rough. As for the Arndale tower, a nice facelift could probably improve it. But it all comes down to the money they don’t want to spend I guess.

It is rather safe in Manchester in comparison with other big cities.
And it isn't rough in the central areas at all, as it is in your town, where you will be mugged sooner. Now you can be even more envious! 😜
Manchester is a very tolerant city. I am not saying it isn’t prone to crime but it is more progressive even than London, in my view.
Birmingham is Better more scope and bigger city

@@rufdymond The City is not insolvant, just the City Council. Birmingham it self the second City is surging ahead very well indeed and the City Council is slowly pulling its self together. Do you want to know why there is always some one that is supporting Brum on these Manchester videos, like me for a start is because you lot do not know the difference between the Metropolitan County of Greater Manchester from the City of Manchester and try to make out that Greater Manchester is the second largest City in the UK when it is not a City when in fact the City of Manchester is only the 6th largest City in the UK thats why.
Manchesters skyline must be one of the fastest growing in europe?
