Manchester should absolutely save much of the industrial revolution infrastructure as it can, while integrating it into it's ongoing transformation. There is something magical walking amongst old factores that have been turned into classy hangouts and high rise glassy buildings. It's quite unique in the UK, but you do see it in places like Hong Kong and to some degree Singapore and Malaysia. *Protect the Heritage, Integrate the Future*
@@thebabbler8867 Utter rubbish. You can easily find examples of old colonial buildings in those countries that were built over 100 years ago. Stop clicking like on your own comment, makes you look like a goon.
I've not been into Town recently but the change in Manchester is phenomenal, the fastest growing city in the UK and I'm only a 10 minutes train ride from Piccadilly station, Amazing pictures
Beautifully filmed as per usual. The metamorphosis of Mcr & Salford is a phenomenon with unprecented building just like in the 1800's. Please note Viadux2 which includes possibly the largest residential building in Europe was lodged by application 3 weeks ago, with it due a hearing the following week. Announcement soon! 🤔 City have just put the title in the bag with the F. A. Cup due. Please put your drone on standby for any celebrations. 👏
Awesome news about Viadux 2, thanks for sharing. I have seen some renders just next to 'City Road Inn' building, on Whitworth St, opposite side of the newly build Viadux and I am wondering if that is the one? As for the F.A cup celebrations, as much as I would love to film it and share it with you guys, there will be Press + Police helicopters hoovering around which makes it risky to fly any drone and I just don't wan't to be that guy. But may do something with my mirrorless camera on the ground.
@@BardhokNdoji There are three elements to Viadux2. 0ne is a 20-plus storey tower of affordable housing in between Viadux1 and the Beetham Tower. One is a two storey development at street level with possible retail. The third is the 76-storey tower. There is already a swimming-pool under the arches for Viadux1. Next to the City Road Inn should be Vision, a separate tower. Not too far away is Fusion's Deansgate South Student Tower also under construction.
You need to look at the Civil Aviation Authority because everything depends on a type of drone and weight. For drones over 250 you need to get the A2 Certificate of Competency and still follow the rules and regulations while flying. You need to have operator ID and Flyer ID also for any drone above 250 gr.

Singapore and Malaysia don't have classic architecture at all. They were built yesterday.

Liverpool is the best in the UK.

The most dynamic. Edinburgh is the best looking city. Better looking than London.
