I swear you might feel like you're spending a fortune on groceries, but it is still usually cheaper than eating out. For instance, how many meals did your chicken pepper dinner make? Probably a couple! and how much would have that meal been if you ordered take-out? Would be an interesting video idea if you actually did a comparison, and tallied it up, but most times grocery shopping will win!
I feel the same- I should eat out more as cooking for myself gets expensive as there tends to be a lot of waste. I try to go to the grocery store every few days instead of once a week. I do love what I eat in a day videos!! ☀️🌴🦩☺️❤️😊🥰❤️🥰
Hi Melissa 👋 I am a recent subscriber, and I just adore you, Tika & your vlogs! ❤ you have such a chill vibe & I wish we could be friends 😊 I also suffer from endo & adeno, so fully appreciate your pcos journey. Thank you for sharing your life with us, making us feel like we're not the only ones dealing with certain issues etc. ❤
Hallo, Melissa. You can't imagine how happy you made me (us) seeing you so happy and all smiles. You are pretty, sure, but when you are in this mood, you look much prettier.
I'm curious about 100 g of protein. So many people preach if you're active you should be eating more protein...like 1 gram of protein per pound of body weight, others say 1 gram of protein per kg of body weight. What is your take on this? I'm curious since you just finished the nutrition course, you are active and look great!
I feel the same way about eating at home!! You should check out Ivana Cora's vlogs, she does a lot of healthy budget friendly meal preps that I recently have been inspired by :) love your videos, Melissa!!
Not sure if this will help, but when I make a list of what I need for the store, I alwaysssss make a meal list first of 7-10 dinner meals then add all the extras for lunch/snacks. I used to always go to the store and just mindlessly shop but then you'd get home and kinda hodge podge dinner together and/or be missing an ingredient. But making a dinner meal list and putting all the ingredients together for those meals really cuts down on going to the grocery store, mindless spending + gives you a menu for the week on what you're having
I would love to see a “what I spend in a week”!! It’s very insightful and entertaining lol

Vlogs that start with oversized T-shirts are best

Totally agree, I live in England and I’m sure we could eat out every evening and we wouldn’t be worse off! Cost of living is absurd
Yayyy 2 videos in one week 💃🏻
What store did you find those donuts

Digging the side of that air fryer. Might have to invest in that. We use ours all the time. Love your videos, recently subscribed. ❤

A very stunning job, Melissa!❤
Great vlog...have a great weekend 😊
Where are you grocery shopping?
Does Canada have Aldi? Also, I feel like you should look into taking prenatals instead of everything altogether.
