Remember to practice self-care, engage in activities that bring you joy, and surround yourself with a supportive network of friends and loved ones. You are strong and resilient, and you can overcome this. Take care of yourself.
    Remember that it's okay to not be okay and that seeking help is a sign of strength, not weakness. Surround yourself with a supportive community, practice self-care, and prioritize your mental well-being.
