I smelled a lotion from Hemp ; coconut watermelon or something of the like; my brain immediately went to when my son was a baby and his formula would run down his chin and hide in his folds. If you missed any on a hot day, boy you knew.

Someone on Reddit described New Look as "someone who was recently murdered jn a cottage" and I've never wanted to smell a perfume more. 😂
They said it was very metallic and clean but almost too clean of a smell.

I honestly thought something was wrong with me for not liking Vanilla S*x. I don’t get the hype… there are far better Vanilla fragrances for the fraction of the price!🤷🏻♀️

For me it was the initial blast of marzipan/vanilla, then straight up urine, I guess it was the ylang. They had the opportunity to make an amazing vanilla, such a shame.

Seriously, thank you for your honest thoughts regarding Kayali. There's an enormous following and faithfulness with the brand that sometimes it's hard to fully trust all the positive reviews.
I personally love kayali, don’t mind spraying it more than once, plus I can change scents without it being weird. It’s a great line!

My nose hated this as well. Same goes for that puke inducing juicy apple. It smells like chemicals and more chemical fake apples to me. I did not mind the Nest Lychee version though. Would not purchase myself though

Vanille Fatale is a re-release. I have not smelled the new version yet and I don't know if they reformulated it or just changed the bottle only, but the old Vanille Fatale is my favorite Tom Ford fragrance.
I ve smelled the new one and can’t see the difference with the previous version even if on fragrantica the notes look different
its been reformulated. People calling the new one "subtle" proves that

I love Dior's "New Look" Not a everyday for me but perhaps holiday nights! I agree I had to think about this fragrance for sometime. A few weeks for me, my conclusion was it would make an outstanding candle. also Jo loves golden gardenia definitely took sometime.

I went to Sephora and smelled it. She’s absolutely correct in her description. The cherry note is very prominent at the beginning and then settles down and lingers ever so lightly. I mean, I really liked it. 😊

I’m crushed that Dior has discontinued New Look 1947 which is one of my signature scents. That said I love incense and aldehydes so I’m excited to try the new one.

After hearing very bad comments of Vanilla S*x I tried it finally!!! And I loveeeee it. Lately, I’ve been obsessed with a Guerlain Tonka Sarrapia and because the almond accords reminds me to Vanilla S*x I like it quite a lot! It’s more like a sweet toka-ish vanilla for me than a pure gourmand vanilla. I like it a lot and would consider to get it!!

I tried Sparklling Lychee in the store, sprayed it a couple of times on my wrist and I was disappointed with longevity, I liked the opening, it is not syrupy and sticky, for me it is more tarte and fizzy, and I liked it, however it disappears in 10 min and becomes just fruity mash up of some sort. Not a good quality juice. In the same time, you may wanna kill me but I like Juicy Apple, it is simple, yes, but there is some note that I find myself being drawn to, I think it is berries and rose centifolia. Kayali Eden series are meant to be smth not serious, just keep that in mind, and make decisions for yourself as to whether you want or don't want to sepnd your money on them.
I enjoy juicy apple, it works so well with my skin chemistry BUTTTTT...all Kayali fragrances last on me for maybe 30 minutes then vanish...such a shame.

I had to return Nest Lychee Rose the same day I received it. I just can't get on with champagne notes in fragrances, they make my stomach turn over. I haven't found one Kayali fragrance that agrees with my nose, either, so I'm not in a rush to try the lychee one. I am curious about Over the Red except most people say it dries down to smell just like the OG Black Opium which I'm not that big a fan of. So many new scents coming out as the seasons change and I'm excited because spring and summer are my favorite seasons. I just kind of cringe when it comes to summer scents because they all smell either like sunscreen or coconuts, ugh.

I think I have finally decided 😂 I really liked Delina but went to Harrods last week and the guy at the Parfum de Marly “shop” was kinda meh 🫤 I turned around spotted Ormonde Jayne parfums, the boy bless him was just the nicest and I have tried Damask and I am head over heels! I absolutely love it. Would you recommend it as a wedding parfum?

I've never had a Pure Musk but I've sniffed it and it wasn't my cup of tea - reminded me a fabric softener kind of smell. So just about 3 weeks ago I've got a Blanc Kogane bottle, ordered it blindly , and the first impression really drove me back to Pure Musk, however this is less floral, as you said. And the impression I get so far - is crispy clear frozen Air somewhere in the Alps , luckily no diapers (maybe cause i have no kids yet 😆). I can't say I'm amazed of this new Prive's addition - don't get me wrong, it's not bad but I was really hoping for something more interesting.
I'm still excited to wear this fragrance in different weather situation to see if it changes, cause i'm really hoping to get notes of Lily's which supposed to be there. So far , here in Spain with +17* right now, I get a lot of aldehides for about 15-20min, then it turns to soft musk scent which i think i prefer to smell from clothes more than from my skin, especially on the next day. Longevity is there 👍
My sister said that Kayali one reminded her of Bath & Body Works haha which equates to Victoria Secret. Just a basic body spray from the early 2000s

I tried Vanilla S-x and didn't work for me..I get strong almond and then a cheap vanilla candle smell..
Always appreciate your honesty! I am one for whom Vanille de Tahiti smells like freshly sprayed manure. 🐄 I did not get any of that in Vanilla Sex, which is pleasant but horrendously overpriced. 😳
