For the first exercise, I didn’t have a pull-up bar at my sister's, so I used her stairs outside and reverse climbed high enough to do #hanginglegraises without being able to touch the ground. Hopefully, you have a pull up bar or tower, but if not, here’s another option or a sturdy tree branch. You’ll do hanging leg raises until failure. Afterward, you’ll move onto @trxtraining #pushups with a single knee pull-in at the top of the move. Your goal is to get at least 10 per side, matching in number.
