I grew up in Peoria. I know PCC well. I moved to the Washington, DC, area and, in 2006, when Bradley was having a great season and went to the NCAA tourney, I was in my car and pulled up beside a PCC bus. I was happy and surprised to see this one. I honked the horn, the driver opened the door, and I shouted to him, "I'm from Peoria!! Go Bradley Braves!!" HA!!
Wow I'm in the DC area too and I'm also a Bradley alum (2000). I'm originally from the chicago suburbs and took the PCC to Joliet on breaks. Wow this is really taking me back!!
I definitely think I've seen you on a video with James but I have a little bit of vision problem. But you are an outstanding the driver. And I hope James recognizes that. In fact I know he will
Unlocking the bay doors…don’t feel bad. I drove for 36 years and lost count of the times I forgot to unlock them. Then have to halt the mass exodus of people getting off so you can get on to hit a switch. Lol
@@alblua since u hav a cdl class b and if u wanted 2 take the class A , do u need to sit for the whole course or just sit in for a couple of classes and do the road test....
1. Were you born in Japan where you learned the culture of pointing and the white glove, like with the Japan Railways? 2. Your sub-titles are sometimes to short, that we can’t finish reading them before they disappear. Use yellow subtitles as a way to minimize blending in with the white background. 3. You are now a professional driver, not like driving your own car. Please keep safe distance with your 2 seconds rule, or 3 seconds rule for buses. Like on @ 1:42, 4:21 and 5:04. At all times, even in the stop and go traffic, you can do it, trust me.
I wasn't born in Japan, but I definitely admire some of the things they do! I'll try to improve the subtitles. There was more than 3 seconds following distance at each of the times you mentioned.
Handsome guys! Love the different vibe from James' vlogs. Love your style too very Asian with the gloves and precision. Best wishes to your career
Haha, thanks for watching! 😁
Outstanding Driver.

Love the white glove driving reminds me of a lot of the drivers in Japan.
Very professional driver.
First time watching one of your videos, good work. 👍
Welcome and thank you!

Love your videos! I'm doing a scheduled line run from Purdue --> ORD this weekend and next weekend.
Very enjoyable! Your captions are funny. Keep it up!
Thank you very much!
Man your announcement is so concise…mine takes a full 5 minutes and with a sprinkle of assertive east coast attitude 😂
Hahaha, I don't want to bore the passengers!
UK bus driver here, crazy to see how you guys operate !
Haha, I was pretty intrigued with UK bus ops when I was visited as well! The bus infrastructure feels much more developed in the UK in comparison
I love your videos including your MCI coach bus n also I wanna say "Welcome to USA!"
MCI J4500 is a nice coach to drive! Not sure what you mean by "Welcome to USA," I was born and raised in Illinois
Oh ok 👍

I was lucky no passengers were there to witness 😅
That’s a damn nice job driving’s!
Thanks! 🙏
Besides buses , have u driven big rig trucks.... do u have a trucking license/how does it work in the states..
I have not, I only have a CDL Class B. Semi trucks would fall under Class A

I haven't looked into what upgrading a CDL is like, so I don't know
Nice Announcement
Thanks 😅
@@alblua No Problem. Big fan of the Videos. Can you do a Tour of the bus you drive like what the buttons do?
Sure! James has made videos for the J4500 and CX45 already, but I can also make some too
Shisa Kanko?
Point and call, it's a form of safety practice
@@alblua Yes, I recognized it when you were opening the baggage doors. I am an Occupational Safety Consultant and love the concept.
From the culture of Japan.
Get yourself a tie clip 😅
Ordered one right away 🤣
Do a video with James
We're planning on it! 😁

Camera dude needs more training
LOL you did more than good enough 💯
nah the shots you got were pretty good!
You seem like you have more potential and intelligence to just be a bus driver
I just drive part time, my full time job is front end developer and assistant schedule coordinator at the company
"Just to be a bus driver" You have no clue the multiple skills required to do this job.
