Great video. I always relate to what you have to say. I think the trouble is, in order to communicate, we are governed by words. Not only that, but whomever we happen to be communicating with will interpret according to what they think we are saying. That's why the whole topic of the workings of the human mind is quite possibly one of the most difficult topics to discuss, due to the fact most people will listen according to their own personal perspective (interpretations). Once you see for yourself, without interpretations, that's it. I'd like to suggest I see/ hear for myself what you are saying ... if any of that makes sense at all ! Great stuff. Keep spreading the good word.
Didn't wanna end my life tonight so I searched your channel. I had seen a video about depression on this channel, but I think I went totally numb as I can't remember any of it 😂😢. I have escaped hard in my life... I have played with the devils of escapism. And I remember how it felt at the end when I couldn't get away from all that. It was total randomness. Felt like how they portray schizophrenia and anxiety. I had it in physical form! Now one minute into this video I still am struggling to stay afloat and listen to you. Maybe that's the ego (i dont mean to give a negative or positive name to it but it just is ...the ego) which is stopping me from realising the truth! To whoever stumbles on this comment .....devil is real but god can't be materialized...ego is very real but goodness is felt. I don't know if it makes sense, but you can't search and come to truth.....Becoming something is creating an image that I have a void... !! Oh I just noticed her smile, now I smile teary eyed !!!!! So much to say but the word is not the fact😂 . hope you feel my love.... Society likes it to stay hidden.. concealed! But love is there right there.
When you saw through the ego, or the image, did that destroy all of the image making? I mean did projections of the future, and reflections on the past end also? When I attempt to observe what is happening inside me, I see this machinery of projection, and reflection, and chatter. It completely removes me from the present. I think the ego is the source of misery because it is isolating and fear based. It destroys the capacity for deep compassion and fearlessness. It's like a hallucination that only I can see, and for some reason it's always going to improve in the future, never now.
Ideas are creating our conflict with reality. Thinking is desire for movement from reality into the imagined non reality created by thought. But don't think about it.
Sorry you encounter aggression from your peers when you discuss these things. For what its worth I get a lot from your videos. It helps to hear these concepts phrased in different ways because it adds clarity to my mind. Do you feel like you have to continually remember to see through the illusion of the ego or does your ego death feel stable and permanent? As in, does the illusion still arise throughout your day? I've seen through it as an illusion, but any given day, if I become lost in thought, I find I have to remember to recognize its illusory nature again. Maybe ego death doesn't have to be permanent once it's been recognized as an illusion it's always an option to let go of it? What's your experience?
it's too bad your friends are so lame :S When you are a reflection of peace and freedom and beauty and they regard it with anger and fear and annoyance.. they don't seem like what I would call a friend. They're just like the acquaintances that are near you. It's probably one of the saddest things about the spiritual life that most people will never understand or appreciate you actually, if you can call a reflection 'you' lol. No communion or relationship.
Ego means self , I and its nothing negative. Ego should not be used as a term, the one who started it is a fool, and the one continuing it a bigger. There is lack of awareness. Stop thinking about killing the ego, think in increasing the light - life - awareness.
I have a question? If we ARE the rest of mankind as Krishnamurti says … Then surely if we / you are powerful empaths as well , will feel the force of the entire field of negative consciousness ( as well as positive) running through our nervous systems ?

It still occurs in me. But as it happens I know it is projections from the ego. I wonder if it ever stops? Choice-less awareness
