I suggest that you are mistaken, they are not silent. SCOTUS could have put this off until the next term, but they decided to take it on now. I anticipate that they will correctly grant him some level of immunity for presidential decisions and actions but certainly not anything and everything the president does while still president. In the off chance that this court does give a president the full immunity he wants, Biden still has 6+ months to execute his political enemies with impunity. They aren't gonna do that. This decision comes down in the next few hours.

No other democracy in the world has a group of unelected rich people that control laws passed by elected representatives. I suggest that you are mistaken, they are not silent. SCOTUS could have put this off until the next term, but they decided to take it on now. I anticipate that they will correctly grant him some level of immunity for presidential decisions and actions but certainly not anything and everything the president does while still president. In the off chance that this court does give a president the full immunity he wants, Biden still has 6+ months to execute his political enemies with impunity. They aren't gonna do that. This decision comes down in the next few hours.

The media freak out over Biden’s debate performance basically demonstrates just how far our Fourth Estate have fallen down the rabbit hole. As a social worker who has spent a lot of time working in jails, I have dealt with a fair number of sociopaths. I can empathize with Biden.
