Unbelievable, So Good…. !
Tears....and not all tears are an evil....Souls speak through music...Play on and sing on.
How can a song break your heart and heal it at the same time? I've no idea but this one does.
The magic of music is how.
Lovely, wonderful! ❤
Too often I've thought about Karla as someone who seemed to provide songs for Linda Ronstadt, so it's great to see her in action live along with two great guitarists making such a nice job of this old warhorse of a song.
Try a group Bryndle. Karla, with Andrew Gold, Kenny Edwards and Wendy Waldman. Two great albums with wonderful stuff from all.
@marksteinbeck385 Ever heard Liv's instrumental/spoke-vocal called "Strollin"'? (Speaking of great guitarists.)
wow, sounds good, vocal and acoustic play!
Wow, that voice sounds as good as it did years ago.
i think i just had a spiritual experience !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! . . . . . Danny in Mississippi
I saw her and Liv Taylor last winter. She wrote some great songs and Livingston and her were great together!
I’m sure she has written some great songs - but this is not one of them 😁 this is an old Scottish song from the 1600’s. 🏴🏴
I knew some of these lyrics as "There Is a Ship", which I learned to play on my first guitar around 1966.
