The neighborhood and house looks really clean and pleasant .. but all the green paint reminds me of growing up in the 70's era..
Appreciate you engaging with us. Paint, easily changed.
1.1 Mill for that 😳 🤦🏻♂️
Recent sales in the community are 1.39 to 1.51 with a pool.

With a swimming pool it would be better👍👍👍
Fun fact, homes in that neighborhood with a pool are selling $1.39 - $1.51.
For me, a swimming pool is a negative. I like to pull up and wander off for one to four weeks at a shot. Having owned a pool home at one time, yeah, that's not going to work unless you have a "pool guy". And pool guys are famously unreliable in Vegas. Plus, with water costs and penalties for overuse rising, I'm happier without. There are surprisingly few pool-free homes of that size+price in Vegas.
When I was shopping for my house here in Vegas 20 years ago, I could tell I kinda annoyed the agent by declaring "NO POOL--it's a deal breaker". She kept trying to show me homes with pools and I kept reminding her don't want it.
@@frotoe9289 Some people like pools and some people don't. It's all just a matter of taste.
@@MA65A I loved my pool. Except for how much work it was, how it required my constant attention, and how much it cost. Overall cost/benefit was poor once there were no younglings left to be out there a few days a week.
