I' m confused ( I' m old & my scene was the UK circa the 80' s ;) lol so yeah we were indeed the British post punk originals I guess..;) Lol SO what I don't get is ,are you actually leaving those hair clips in at the end or are you using enormous amounts of extra hold hairs spray to sort of laminate the fringe in place & then removing the clips ?
They also would help hold the extensions in place to the wig bangs so that I would have to cut them or have them falling im my face so I could take the extensions out and use them in other wigs
When I was a teenager we’d actually just use the sharpie straight on our hair, which I wouldn’t recommend because it’s sooo drying and bad but…it works when your hair is short lol. I’ve always kept my hair short and used extensions
I want to be a scene kid so bad but I have pretty curly hair because I’m Hispanic and I don’t know what to do because I don’t have time to straighten my hair everyday :/
You can be scene and still have curly hair! Also labels are dumb and you can honestly identify as whatever fashion subculture you want. Dont let anyone gatekeep or tell you otherwise! ❤️
i'm a scene kid with curly hair, i do straighten mine, but you don't have to! ive rocked the curls before. you shouldn't have to straighten your hair everyday tho, and if you do, you might be able to get away with only straightening your fringe and leaving the rest curly, it can come out pretty cool if you tease it all
okay i probably should have asked this on the scene wig video, but do you think i could do this to a wig that has a middle part? being 24, almost 25, i'm finding myself getting back into the scene thing, again, haha. ;-; also ur very pretty okay bye ♥
I always say do whatever you want to do! Never be afraid to experiment with things. If you think of something you’re not sure has been done before, make it happen! You could really help inspire someone else. That’s why I made these scene wig videos bc this time last year, no one was doing it. @@cokeandredrum tysm, I’m definitely going to give this a try! I have a couple of wigs in mind that I already own, but I like how you used a cheapy wig and it turned out perfect! Seeing as I cut all of my hair off back in August (it was way down my back and I had been growing it out for 6 years) and it’s been through years of dye and bleach, I thought I would give it a break and try this with a wig! Plus it’ll be so much easier on me because I’m going through multiple personality crisis. 😂 I’m so glad I found this video, I’m definitely giving you a shout out once I’m able to get this done! 💕💕💕

What do you mean like the ones in my bangs?? I just put them in to accessorize. I like hair clips.

Usually amazon or my local beauty supply. It depends on the kind of wigs I’m looking for though. I usually buy cheap wigs and then style them myself
