Akuma was never evil, Ryu and Ken believe hes evil bcuz he killed their master, and use the Dark Hado.
But he just believes if you fight someone, you must fight to the end. Even their master agreed with his vision and accepted his challenge to the death, sadly, without them knowing.
Akuma follows the code of the Dark warrior, to kill those who are worthy opponents, but hold back and spare those weaker than you. To never harm somebody unarmed, and to never commit felonies just because of your might and desire.
True, especially that last part. That's why Shadaloo pisses him off.
Master Goutetsu was a Secret opp he Train more fighters to be honorable warriors but they choose to be Assassins he sent one of the Kill his father and Hid the Truth. Well that’s Why Akuma One shorted him
I knew he wasn't a villain and that's why he is my favorite character in street fighter

interesting point, it also means Akuma has a cell phone, a phone number, and actually pays for something. Even the Raging Demon has to pay his monthly fee.

I was very surprised dressed as you that he himself was taking a selfie with the both of them in it I'm telling you her personality must really make an impact towards him. The fact of the matter is she hasn't been destroyed by him really really says a lot.

I’m just gonna state the obvious and say that the latter “friends” are actually not friends, but inputs to access the actual friend that is referenced, the Shun Goku Satsu (瞬獄殺, Shun Goku Satsu, "Instant Prison Murder"), also know as the Raging Demon. Thus, he just has two friends. 😛

Man I love Elena, shes such a kindhearted and lively character. The fact that she can befriend someone like Akuma really says something. Id like to see her in sf6, itd be cool to see where her story would go after all this time
I have a theory that if Akuma is a master in sf6, Elena may have taught him how to use the phone to text the main character haha

This was in Elena's SF4 ending. I could believe someone as 'pure' as Elena could break through the monstrous wall. He has been known to show something of a soft side through his appearances.
He been more chill in the newer SF and Marvel vs Capcom series he can work well with others
She's like a kitten biting the ear of a lion. He never tried to kill her so at the very least they have that.

If that was gonna happen then I'd like to think Akuma would go all the way to Kenya to ask Elena to take care of the baby for him so he can look for it's parents and also not need to worry about the baby getting hurt should he get into any fights which is unavoidable cause he is Akuma afterall.
I saw that vid too.
He would risk his Life to Protect the Baby despite being a Demon he's not cruel. He shows cruelty to The Wicked, Bison, Seth,Hehachi, Gill, Rugal which are villians from the Same universe or other.
The devs wanted to make it so bad but it was very difficult if not impossible to animate him and the baby not getting hit or squished when he gets knockdown

I’d like to think Akuma wouldn’t hurt anyone interested in learning from him (the reason he goes after Ryu is to get him to use the satsui no hado after all), so Elena found him and wanted to learn how to be stronger and Akuma accepted but I can only imagine he hates Elena’s hyper positive attitude. Maybe he tried to teach her his fighting style but she was so cheery that she couldn’t draw out her inner demon and he just said “whatever fuck this” and gave up 😆

Akuma is a monster, but a monster with standards. He will only go through a deathmatch if his opponents are either willing to kill or willing to die for their beliefs in martial arts.
Ultimately, he'll leave you alone if you don't mess with him.
considering Gouki even attempted to kill his own brother who practiced the very same martial arts, Elena befriending him is a greater feat than Ryu's overcoming Satsui no Hado

I love that Akuma didn't devolve to be a complete power hungry sociopath for world domination, he's just the ultimate competitor and those types are always controversial for their unethical pursuit for strength yet they can co-exist with the world, it adds depth to the martial arts storyline in the series.
