I don't eat sugar! My husband wants it every morning! Healthy, simple, and very tasty recipes! Vegan. You have to try this! You will definitely love the taste. ✌🏻🥰
Recipe and ingredients:
00:00:01 Recipe No. 1:
Walnuts 100 g (3.5 ounces).
Roasted hazelnuts 60 g (2 ounces).
Pure dried cranberries 25 g (0.9 ounces).
Pure raisins 25 g (0.9 ounces).
Soak dried fruits in cold water for 15 minutes. This is necessary to remove preservatives.
Almonds 30 g (1 ounce).
Sauté in a pan.
Cashews 30 g (1 ounce).
2 tablespoons pumpkin seeds.
1 tablespoon sesame seeds.
Add dried fruits.
Add 1 teaspoon of anise seeds.
3 tablespoons of honey.
Mix.
Use baking molds with a diameter of 8 cm.
Create a mold.
Bake in a preheated oven at 180 °C (360 °F) for 15-20 minutes.
Let the cookies cool.
Chocolate without sugar 120 g (4.2 oz).
Melt the chocolate in a double boiler.
Add 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil.
Mix.
Dip cookies in chocolate.
Add some salt (optional).
Chill in the refrigerator for 15 minutes.
Incredibly delicious, nutritious, and healthy!

25 gr. dried apricots (0.9 ounces).
Soak in cold water for 15 minutes.
Oats 15 gr. (0.5 ounces).
Sauté in a frying pan.
30 gr. (1 ounce) walnuts.
Grind in a blender.
Remove the pits from the dates.
Add dried fruits.
Grind in a blender.
Sesame 15 gr. (0.5 ounces).
Sauté in a frying pan.
Pistachios 20 gr. (0.7 ounces).
Add 10 ml of honey. (0.4 fl oz).
Mix.
Create the balls.
Place the balls in a silicone baking dish.
Press the balls flat.
Chill for 15 minutes.
Dark chocolate without sugar 70 g (2.5 ounces).
Melt in a double boiler.
Add 10 ml (0.4 fl oz) olive oil.
Mix.
Pour chocolate into molds.
Garnish with pistachios.
Chill in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
Use paper molds.
It turned out to be a very delicious and healthy treat!

Il fallait mélanger avec un blanc d' oeuf et mettre ensuite dans le four , les granulés seront croquants de cette manière puis( arroser)avec du miel.
