Did that trip many years ago with my kids. Had an interesting experience with a black bear. Watched him tear a campsite to pieces from our canoes. It was a great trip and would love to do it again if I were able.
Big fan of your channel, been watching it for a while now. Me and my brothers have been taking a yearly trip up to Lows Lake for 7 years now, one of our favorites in the dacks. Ready for them to finish up at the lower dam!
Lows is an amazing place. I hear the dam is done. The place is going to be a mad house for the next few years. Thank you for your support. I am glad to hear you enjoy the channel.
The lower dam entrance is very nice. But I have been wanting to get back there before the crowds do, and finally got the chance! It was a lot of fun approaching the lake from a different direction.
Great video brother! Been awhile since I've been to Lowes. Your editing is phenomenal! Nice to see you on Waterbury reservoir the other day. Best wishes my friend.
I was quite surprised to have seen you out there. I recognized you instantly, took me a few seconds to remember your name though. lol I should have paddled over to shore and had a beer with you guys, but I didn't want to intrude. The reservoir is nice. I'd go back. My buddy and I hit up the Winooski river the following day! Lots of fun. It was good to get back to Lows before the crowds do once that dam is finished. This was a fun trip. Thank you for the kind words about my editing. Much appreciated. Lets try to get together for a trip sometime
What an awesome adventure Justin ! The ADK is such an amazing place and surprisingly remote. Great videography as always, you never disappoint in capturing the essence of the day or in this case five days and the fishing looks great. Nicely done, enjoyed it thoroughly.
Hey Brother- another great video - this one with a very distinctive vibe. Looks like you had a great time. If you lose your day job, you can always become a fish guide! 😄 I hope you are putting plenty of ice on your casting arm. Best of times and keep the paddle wet. Joe
Nice outing - I love it when the fish practically jump in the boat. We spent a week in Northern, WI with the kiddos. The fishing started out great the first night, then the Mayfly hatch the second day. ...The bite just shut down. We still caught fish here and there, but nothing like the first day, where we were getting a good 16-18" largie every 5 casts...
hello again justin. after my phone broke, and i forget mail pasword. i lost all my fav chanel.i once told you a story,im from indonesia .camping on mount bromo and then enjoying coffe, sunrise.and now i fine again this channel. stay healthy and stay enjoy nature
Man bro.... Always love watching your videos. Seems like you got just the right amount of video to show us a good representation and not so much you are overwhelmed with the need to video. I'll be getting back out soon as this back surgery gets done. Take care.
It is really hard to film a trip with three people. My focus was hanging out and having a good time. It was actually difficult for me to put this video together. But here it is! I hope you get better soon so you can get back out there. Good to hear from you man!
@@ItsGoodintheWoods man i am telling ya fly gear is the way to go in places like that. I am no good with it but thats how you reach the picky ones lol. I just got all mine situated. Going to hit the ground running...well skipping probably...soon
@@ItsGoodintheWoods Ahh I see. You were being sarcastic about not catching fish lol. I know you guys mercd bass but I thought you were saying in the draggy areas the fish were not biting.
Great vids, I've been watching for while. Coming from a backpacking background, I bear bag overnight. How ever going in a canoe allows bring a cooler and real food. How do you deal with real food that needs to bein a cooler? Thanks bud. Keep those vids coming.
I keep the food in the cooler and use a ratchet strap to keep it closed. Then I will put the cooler somewhere real close to my buddies tent....Just kidding...I put the cooler in the woods a good distance from my tent, but well within hearing range.
Very nice! That’s a lot of bass, gotta love that too.
It was so much fun. One right after the other the whole trip!
Nice Adventure, thanks for posting.
Thank you
Another great video. Keep them coming. Thank you.
Thank you! Will do. more coming soon......!
Nice to see you rocking the single paddle occasionally.
So many bass! 👍
This summer I have really taken a liking to the single blade. I have been visiting a local pond and practicing with it. Very enjoyable
Nice! Can't wait until they finish construction on the dam.
When they do that place is going to be a zoo
Very nice video mi amigo.
Thank you good sir!
Looks like a great adventure with the boys!
There he is!!!! I hope you are well my man!

So jealous- I can't wait to go back myself, but I really enjoy the lower dam entrance so i'll wait until next year. Great video dude.

The fish were on!!! Beautiful area bro.
I just did a 3 day kayaking trip with whitewater. Came home with a broken ankle. Lol
oh no........I'm sorry to hear that dude.
Good food and great fishing. That was a good time. Take care, Al
You got that right Al! What a trip. Good company, good food, awesome weather, great fishing! Can't beat it
Made my evening bro🍺🤠
Rock on! Makes me happy to hear that! Thank you
You had some great weather. My weekend trip will be 20mm of rain. Any tips for rain camping?
We got real lucky with the weather. I think a good community tarp is an essential piece of gear in the rain.
Solid trip! Too bad you guys didn't get into any bass! lol. I loved the parts in the beginning and the dam drags.
Those dam drags were fun! Such a cool section of river through there. Maybe next time we will catch some fish ......

I’m guessing that the state finished the dam construction
Good guess, but nope. Dam is still under construction. We approached the lake from a different direction
what kind of canoe is your friend running? the light colored one?
That is an old Bell Merlin ll
How many large mouth did you catch, jeez.
A lot! I lost interest in keeping count early in the trip.
