Some people don’t love the editing process and prefer presets. I try to educate for those that want to make their own, and provide tools for people who like these tools. Thanks for the comment.
At least among the photographers I follow, I can’t recall any of them ever suggesting their (or anyone’s) preset could turn a bad picture into a good one.
Very nice, Dave. Thanks for sharing these tips.
Absolutely!
Portra 400 is the 🐐! Literally 1 click edit on 99% of the shots I take with the Q3
Love this!
@@davidherringhonestly. I normally set my exposure comp at -2/3 and it’s spot on. Now my dream preset for VGP would be a cinestill 800 emulation :O !
It really is 💯💯🔥🔥
Excellent. Subtle changes that make a big impact. Thanks for sharing
Have fun!
Great tips Dave! It doesn’t have to be complex to make a huge difference.
Absolutely!
great vid!! those Clarity and Dehaze tips really tick the boxes of what I'm trying to understand regarding editing
Game changers for sure. Most people go to the right with those. I always go to the left.
Thank you for these wonderful tweaks that change so much in the photos...!
Enjoy!

Saving this one for sure! Happy Thanksgiving 🦃

Thanks man!
If you're encouraging people to get creative, make their work look personal and different, how can you sell them 'your' presets?

Presets the name says it all. They’re not your images. Learn something 😎
Garbage in; garbage out. You can’t polish a turd, even if that is what TH-cam photographers are pimping.
Ok.
