Your carb is dirty and you need to remove the main jet an nozzle tube and clean them with carb cleaner and a wire. Nozzle tube has over a dozen holes and they gel clogged up and when you put load on the engine it dies out. You can use a twist tie with covering removed or a pin with compressed air.
Thank you, the carb was cleaned using an ultrasonic cleaner so it was fine, the machine just had low compression. I honed out the cylinder, put new rings and it was back in service.
