Steve Carell acting as Michael Scott, who is auditioning for the lead of Sweeney Todd for a local play, by acting out an episode of Law and Order…. Is one of funniest ideas ever😂😂😂
I like to imagine that was his Office audition
Ahhhhhh dead body!
His "clank-clank" was too harsh. He lost the Sweeny.
The best scene from this episode is his glass bottle rolling from the audience all the way to the stage lol Andy almost has an aneurysm.
He acts someone acting badly so well
the law and order song part tho hahaahaha
Angela's reaction to "Snip snap snap snap " was gold
Angela’s comedic timing is the most underrated part of the show. That and the option to skip the final two seasons.
I also noted the horror on the faces of Andy and Jim.😨😨🤣😂
All the office fan reaction :))
@@shreyassm4096 Those are VERY difficult words for men to hear I imagine. Ouch! 🤥😂Love Jim so much. xo
Snip snap was my first thought too.
He was nominated 6 times and never won which is a shame. The bittersweet moments in Goodbye Michael or hilarious moments in Dinner part were superb and he was cheated out of an award
much like Bob Odenkirk.
@@aryan0111 Hollywood doesn't want guys like them wining. Just regular looking guys, men who don't flash or try to sell you a lifestyle. Shame cause they're both amazing and have created great work.
Bob knows his worth.
Bob auditioned for the role of Michael Scott, but obviously didn't get it. I think they later brought him on as the "Michael Scott of Philadelphia"...when Pam interviewed for a job near Jim's new company. Showing him that they also knew his worth
@@jenniferwhite2945 yes, I know he auditioned for the part, and I remember in the final season in The Office when got her a job in Philly but it was strictly a receptionist plus Bob Odenkirk’s Boss character was like an extreme, unlikable version of Michael and he was so obnoxious she high tailed it out of there right away 😱😱
“WHERE ARE THE TUUUURTLES!!!!” One of the best moments of television history.
I want the tshirt with that on it.
@@annettemaclean3890 Only the cool kids will get it
The bankruptcy scene is pretty good too
"WHERE ARE THEYYYY?!"
you can’t put Jim and Michael’s goodbye scene in the middle like that cause now I’m crying while Michael’s screaming NOOO at Toby lmao
Exact same thing!!!😂😂😂😂😂
I was crying too, i taught the video was over but then toby came and i was crying 🙃
hahahha i thought and did excatly the same
the fact that this guy didnt win an emmy is outrageous, unbelievable comedic actor, born to play michael scott lol
He was the PERFECT actor for Get Smart.
"You have no idea the physical toll that 3 vasectomies have on a person" 🤣🤣🤣🤣One of the greatest lines of all time
The way Dwight says: “…We’ll bill you.” Gets me every time 🤣
Sounds like bully maguire
Where are the turtles? Where are they?
@@Abhishek64536 “I Like Turtles.”
I don't know why but something about the chocolate turtle guy's performance is just so fantastic. His utter bewilderment at Michael and Dwight's antics, and his embarrassment at having already eaten the turtles is just so funny. Great delivery!
He’s a comedian in his own right, I’m blanking on his name currently. Same comedy club as Tina Fey. Does somebody else know? 😁
Kevin Dorff?
"Don't know why"? Are you serious? 🤦♂️
@@LittleFlowerluv Steve *is a comedian,* period. No "in his own right". Stop trying to sound smart ffs
@@redacted2275 I can admire both. But thanks. Have a good day.
The scene with the murder mystery where Jim talks to him and he immediately snaps out of it and tells Jim that the Office needs it for distraction. I love that scene
Really bolster his character as a true people’s boss!
The fact that the scene of Michael at the art gallery for Pam's exhibition is not here is unforgivable
It is a touching scene but nothing worth an emmy here.
Please forgive him 😭😭😭😭 he has cancer 🤧🤧🤧
@@tasis3835 who has?
@@axelvc8164 what
@@tasis3835 who tf has cancer?
The moment where he was leaving and Halpert had watery eyes, made my watery too. Really a great boss🥺🥺
Watery down there ?
@@9888565407 bro.
Being a 30 year old man and watching this series thru 5+ times, that part still gets me everytime.
Tell me more about how much you like to cry Nancy lol
Jim's voice breaks :((
I remember seeing the "oh god please no!" as a meme about a thousand times before I ever saw a single episode and to finally watch the show from beginning to end and see the context for that moment was just absolutely hilarious.
Yeah exactly, this happened to me as well and it was even funnier than the memes 😂
@@sincerelyjae That can't be too hard, memes are one of the dumbest wastes of time and energy.
@@Clubber-Slang 🤓
the "snip snap, snip snap, snip snap" 😅
and "where are the turtles!!!!!??? 🐢 where are they!!!??" 🤣
“Then tomorrow, I can tell you what a great boss you turned out to be…best boss I ever had.” 😭
I wish he was my boss. I still don't know how they got any work done.
@@BirdOfHermes8381 He usually crashed by afternoon and took a nap, that's when they worked.
i literally almost sobbed so hard at that
for me is at 3:49 when Michael says "the turtles", Dwight's face is hilarious
Yes lol lol
When was the last time you pissed?
He doesn’t need Emmy he has multiple Dundies❤
😂😂😂
…how can I explain it? 🌶️
A single Dundie is worth a thousand Emmys.
Jan should have gotten a few Emmys for her masterful performance as well. Too funny
The clip with Michael's actual last day was definitely not acting. Those were their real goodbyes--in fact, it likely took acting to CONTAIN their emotions that day.
@Fallen Program they actually are super close. they’ve all stated in multiple interviews that they felt like a second family to each other, and that michael leaving and the finale were two of the hardest episodes to film
@Fallen Program they were actually, the actors talked about it in a podcast. several scenes took longer to film because they couldn't contain their tears
@@fallenprogram1770 "in this world", you are acting like there is some other world out there that don't do this.
I’d pay ridiculous amounts of money if they’d release Carrell doing the entire Law and Order episode LMFAO that is pure genius
I can't believe that after allllll these years the goodbye scene still gets me! Every time! So genuine.
2:29 I can’t explain but the way they fall into each other is so beautiful and heart jerking
"WHERE ARE THE TURTLES??!?!?!?!" We haven't seen this level of passion in an actor since Brando's "Stella!"
The audacity of that guy to eat the turtles tho 😂
Bahahaha
🚃
“My thing isn’t tiny it’s average” with his face on a poster behind him 😂😂😂 seriously one my fave moments of all time
That's what she said.😅
Am watching The Office for the first time now, and am in love with all the characters, but I think Michael is my favorite. I love how he switches from lovable goofball to narcissistic monster in a split second, and then back again, and you go back from loving him to wanting to punch him. Steve Carell was amazing.
How does Michael leaving still make me tear up I've seen clips like a million times 😢
Same here
he deserves many emmys
That last conversation between Jim and Michael is pure gold.
6:00 gets me every time
You gotta end this montage with michael yelling no at Toby, its a hilarious ending
Toby's the worst!
I love how Bob Vance (from Bob Vance Refrigeration) is trying not to laugh as Michael speaks and as he runs away he lets it out!
When Pam slaps him and he starts limping... Omg THAT is gold
the scene where he kissed Oscar was my absolute favorite one. i think i've read somewhere that it wasn't even scripted
It wasn’t and Dwight trying to kiss after was improvised too
@@agentscarn7270 why do you look like prison mike?
@@bluebubble1639- undercover work is part of the job
Pam saying goodbye to Michael is forever the greatest moment in TV history. Their entire relationship is the greatest thing in history. Also Toby and Michael's relationship is the greatest in history. This entire show, is the greatest in history.
Couldn't agree more
Second greatest. After Cheers
I agree, I was watching all over again and realized michael actually had a good relationship with Toby’s daughter 😂
DEFINITELY the greatest. 1000% agreed
Joey telling Pacey "I think I'm in love with you" at the end of S3 of Dawson's Creek tops it.
I truely believe that Michael Scott is the actual person and Steve Carell was just a character. Once you loved Michael Scott, you can never look at him as Steve Carell ever.
Watch his other work, he is a talented actor
Agreed...he is Michael Scott for me.
& I truly feel that’s why he left when his contract ended. 🎯
"WHERE ARE THE TURTLES? WHERE ARE THEY?"
The show’s decline is directly correlated with how nice Jim’s hair looks
It would be an inverse relationship. The better the hair, the worse the show lol
And Pam's arrogance.
Pam wasn't arrogant. She just stood up for herself more.
@@MyAccountForCommentingyou misspelled confidence
@@daveagard1884 Thank you for the feedback.
Every fking scene is an absolute masterpiece
6:11 never fails to make me cry
“My wet friend and I” is such an underrated line in the most chaotic and hilarious scene to exist!!
dwights face when he realizes the turtles are missing
Jim Parsons has 4 Emmy’s and Steve Carell has zero. WTF is wrong with people?!
It's also criminal that Hugh Laurie never won for House. 🙁
@@blugreen123 Hugh Laurie has been in far better shows and given far better performances than House.
But I do agree. That man deserves every award under the sun.
Why are you pointing out Jim Parsons specifically? BBT was an awful show, but I'm not sure I'd consider him a bad actor... did I miss something down the line?
@@trickytreyperfected1482 TB is likely pointing Parsons out on winning Emmys because he is simply Not Funny :)
Many, many things! 😌
His imitation of the Law and Order sound effect kills me every time💀
0:48 Golden reaction shot by all four of them
They didn’t want to invite Dwight and he was the one with the most money lol
Who else can say he has a popular meme of himself because of his acting skills instead doing something normal people would be ashamed of?
Legend
“Last time I saw this John-“ *gesturing as though he is washing a car*
Gets me every time.
If only you’ve extended the clip little bit more after michael said goodbye to holly. I mean the mixture of emotions he had to play on the way back with Darrel is a complete masterpiece.
I balled my eyes out for the 133 time when Jim and Michael said goodbye. I can’t handle this show. I rewatch it once a year.
You're at least 133 years old.
True chad.
@@A_d_e_k totally dude
S5E20 has a line that stuck with me for a while, and it’s even a classic goof by Michael. “You have no idea how high I can fly”. Loved it.
Yeah I liked that one a lot too
His acting is genius, he deserves an oscar. Thats it
I'm just a tad obsessed w/ Steve Carell; this guy is a fantastic actor (and singer!). I have dug deep to find some of his lesser known roles, and I was so impressed. Just finished 'The Patient' last week on Hulu.... HOLY HELL. Amazing.
The guy took the best candy out of the basket lol.
"my thing isn't 'tiny', it's average, so...get your FACTS straight!"😭😭😭
It shouldn’t be lost on anyone who watches this show for the comedy how great of a dramatic actor Steve Carrell is
I watched little Miss Sunshine. At first it was a surprise seeing Steve Carell there, but by God he was unforgettable
Jim's faces ARE the Emmy
"Dwight brought glasses and a.. person" hahahaha
I love how it went from which musical did we watch to the toll that three vasectomies have on a person
Jim looks at the camera the first time he said vasectomy but after the whole snip snap he is just in shock looking slightly off cam, disoriented 🤣🤣
When Michael absolutely LOSES IT over Toby being back at the office, that has to be one of the funniest moments of TV ever filmed. I still laugh at that part uncontrollably. Its never going to stop being funny.
Jan was insane.
Not since Marlon Brando yelling, "STELLLLLA!" has there been more angst than Michael Scott screaming, "THE TUUURRRTLES!!! WHERE ARE THEY?!!!!!!"😰😱🐢🐢🐢🐢
"I bought this condo to fill with children" 😭🤣
Jim's face looking into the camera .....priceless . Snip snap snip snap Steve talking about vasectomy just hiliarious at dinner party epsiode
Jim's face after the vasectomy line 🤣
Bro why am I crying at the goodbye
"Power through the arthritis phyllis you can do it!"
Steve Carrell's shoulders must've been unbearably sore from carrying the entire show 😂
the svu part got me 🤣🤣
The way he looks at the camera while having these conversations is gold
I will never not laugh at "WHERE ARE THE TURTLES?!!!"
HAND. OVER. THE. TURTLES. NOWWW!!!! - Dwight K. Shrute
made me tear up in the ending at dwights wedding and Micheal comes in saying, "That's what she said!" one of the best series ever.
I bought this condo, to fill with children.
Dude.... that hits deep.
At 4:47 Michael almost went off on a Steve Martin at the airport counter type tirade from Planes, Trains and Automobiles.
You know, I'm glad that Michael told Oscar "I drove my car into a fucking lake." I like Oscar, but he can be a bit much. It's nice to see Michael actually standing up for himself for once.
Michael and Jim saying goodbye gets me every time..🥲💔
It’s no wonder why Steve was a wise chose to play as a boss
Michael Scott was such a great character, even Post Malone thought to mention him in his song - Candy Paint 😬😊
And Billie Eilish sampled sound clips of him in one or two of her songs
@@jenniferwhite2945 For real?? 😬 I'll have to take a listen!
Guys. The "No god" scene is The most Funny thing made in the history for me.
Jim's look was priceless during the vesoctomy thing.
“A man who deserves no introduction”. Best line
So crazy, I didn't watch " regular tv for many years, didn't find the office until 2019!!!!! So addicted, one of the best
No god please noooooo!!!! Destroys me every time. Also ' i declare bankrupcy xd
Should’ve included the scene where he had the monologue to Holly after she found her Woody in the trash can. That was truly some phenomenal acting
The Office is an all-time favorite show of a lot of us. And Michael Scott made that possible. WHY was Steve never awarded???
I never noticed this till the scene when Michael was leaving, but whenever Jim would notice Michael is getting nervous or out of control he always says "Hey, can I talk to you for a second?" Every time. And I like that small attention to detail. ♡
The face Dwight makes after 'The Turtles'. :D
So funny
I keep forgetting that steve played gru 😂
The dinner party was top tier, him and Jan....... Hunters cd being played, that 1 night...🎶
.........
*echo* one night
You made everything alright
The bloopers for that scene were great. Not even Steve could hold it together with the collapsible TV mount
My absolute favorite episode the dinner party. I love all these people 😍❤️ what a team.
I mighty be guilty for this, but I admire Jan.
0:30 jim’s expression says it all. 😂😂😂😂
That timestamp making it blurry is actually killing me rn 😭😭
The last goodbye always gets me
Man, the goodbye scene gets me every time :(
❤
8:53 best scene ever when he sees Toby! Nooooooooooo god noooo
Why that isn't one of the biggest memes of all time has always eluded me.
The part with Jim saying his last goodbyes gets me every time.
John Krasinski deserves an Emmy for that stare in the first scene
I crack up every time when he’s running out of the roast and knocks over the drum 🤣 like, was that scripted? So good!
