I'm not sure we'd be able to find a more genuine musician than O'Kane. And despite being so accessible, there's a depth and almost mysticism about the guy and his music. You feel like he's conjuring some ancient spirit and revealing it for anyone willing to listen. If you have ever the chance to see him, I recommend taking it.
Just saw this guy on the 14th street train station in NYC today. I was waiting for the train and I heard his music, so I went up stairs. This dude is amazing. First time I've bought a music cd in years. Napster put an end to that for me. But this guy was that good.
lovely dance of children, and nice to see one of them playing piano on the ground I like when music takes "life" or when it gives life to the listeners!
I'm from about an hour north of NYC and im a huge fan of Morgan and i've never seen him and in a lot of these videos here on TH-cam people just walk past, minus the big crowds he draws in but i would do anything to see him perform i wish i could see him play he is a big influence on me and is a big reason why ill be learning the banjo. His music is amazing it speaks to you! its good to hear you enjoyed his music too
i bumped into morgan at a feast here in ireland i'd no idea who he was told me he was gona be playin soon and i should bring me wee girl along see him i never she was tired etc took her home i really regret that super cool guy
Was more sad the great in the end when it should be the adults dancing.... this society has wrecked us..... the adults were dancing in there hearts but too whatever to step up.... sad for society.... the kids captured the human spirit.... sad though huh... but lets agree if he was on the streeets of Kentucky .. they would all be dancing.. this is new York.... not the country.... :" whats that strange sound that makes me wanna dance" its called blue grass new yorky..... its ok you can dance to it.. Must be strange making upbeat songs that everyone just is like a zombie watching you... like you are brrrraaaaainsss.... He even thanks the kids for dancing at the end... it does matter in his heart .... i'd love to see him on the Kentucky streets..

People like this that don’t get near enough notoriety that they deserve so unique but maybe that’s part of what makes him special
