This is what I’d imagine a Brian Finegan/Mike McGoldrick hybrid would sound like. Incredible! Great guitar support as well, simpler rhythm but chord progressions are bang on

This guy makes the low whistle look like a tin whistle
That’s because it’ an F low whistle, much clearer but still warm sound.
I guess he's meant ease of playing with a piper grip.
This actually inspired me to learn the Low Whistle and still inspires me to play this song as well as in this video! Love it! Listened to it sooo many times 😂

Johnn est un musicien très connu en Irlande , il vend et répare les accordéons il a sa session tous les dimanche matin au Arbus Hotel à Kilarney..A ne pas manquer si vous passer par là..

Which flute is he using? I want to buy one and i don't know about flutes but this one seems easy to play like the school flutes.
Low irish whistles are actually not that easy to play. I've been playing the "school whistle" and classical traverse flute for years. After starting with a small tin whistle, I bought a low D whistle and it took me a few weeks before I could even get a clear tone, because of the finger position. The holes are wide apart and big as well. So better start with a tin whistle, this is much easier.
