It’s been working amazing actually. Have you heard reports of coil whine? Usually that’s a gpu or psu potential thing but not really something I can say I see a thing with motherboards. It’s been extremely reliable, they offer pretty frequent updates and the gigabyte control center is a lot better than it used to be. I also love the bios. @@cppctek There have been issues of coil whine on the Z790 master, but it's really hard to find ANYTHING about this board online and thought I'd ask an owner. But thank you so much for an extremely quick response and I'll get to watching that right away and decide whether I need to import this thing lol
I absolutely love this board and I’ve had a ton of z690/z790 boards from high end to low end and everything in between. This is the best value currently. The only thing I don’t like is the rgb software is mid but everything works so good.
Use slot 2 and 4. Counting 1 2 3 4 from left to right when you are facing the board. So the outer slot being 4 and inner slot being one. Essentially using every other slot. It’s also in the manual
@@cppctek oh no i was not talking about a2 and b2 i thought this motherboard has 8 slots because they are looking so big but when i saw in the video i found out it only has 4 slots
Running an i9 14900k at 6ghz right now with 7200 cl34 48gb ram. More stable than my strix Maximus hero I had prior. This board is a beast. I can’t wait to do thr video on it

Any problems with it so far? Considering this board maybe with a 13600k in the lian li Dan a3, a z790 MATX for $172 in white is crazy good value tbh

How are you able to make dual channel on this with 2 sticks?
