I was a teenager in the 80s, and in between all the regular day to day tedium and trivia and dreck and drivel and unfulfilled prophecies and unsatisfying predictions, Life really was this exciting, and the potentiometer for having a spectacularly awesome Future was really off the charts.
Somehow I can't shake the feeling that there was more joie de vivre in the 80s. And therefore I suspect that Ollie Wride and FM-84 are time travelers..🛸
