Ola Luis, grand casa! It is a nice property with excellent potential, does need a bit of renovation. If this is a renovation, not a demolition, do you need permits to fix the inside? Do you need permits to demolish any of the storage units? Does the property have a septic system? Obrigado!
I would be all over this but those dogs barking, not sure I could cope which is why I want something a little more remote, this is perfect for me apart from those neighbours dogs 😢
Hi Luis. Is the steel pole in the middle of the room on the upper story in the large house there to help hold up the roof?. Was it always there like that , even when the house was built

I'd rebuild the "granny" house, extending/including all the way back to the "ruins" (if possible), and tear down the concrete building.
I will have to pick a ruin with a couple hectares or so for my veggies and fruits.
