And its not for free. The hause is near 120 000 euros. Pool is near 40 000€. All the structures are donne. Water, swuage, electricity, and all the machinery. If you don't want to pay for it's your problem, but it worth it. And in a couple of years, you will earn money ans the value is always there.
I suspect the price is high due to it being a home/ land and an established and ready to go business (The income and profit that is generated from that must be considered)

@@gjvanderlaan4476 Hey...i really do not know ...was just an assumption that the value could really be dependent of income from business part of it. a home say is 100k - but if home is an established hotel business it generates income so the sale value would be more. Like the sale of any business. Of course if you were to buy you would want to see what the anual income / profit generated to really know for sure. an unknown variable

The price is much to high 40000m2 is in Germany 80000 or 120000 euro. House 200000 + 20000 swimming pool = 350 or 400.000 euro is maximum
