Now im actually considering it again cause of the nice layouts/affordable prices compared to other countries and the korean music and culture will always be with me. I love seeing someone from my country doing things like this. And your apartment is soo beautiful. I wish i can have an apartment like this someday, wether it will be in korea or not.

as I said in the video, I used Ziptoss real estate agency since they have english services and are government approved! and with the deposit, it's in the contract that I will get it back when I move out and if you have gone through a legit realtor agency it >usually< isn't a problem with getting it back. also unfortunately it will always be easier if you have a korean person or friend to help you even if the realtor agency speaks english 🥲
Also im very curious, What are you doing there? Are you studying or working maybe? Ive been thinkinf about studying there for a long time but i dont really know if i should take a language course or study something else😅Im too indecisive
