I am impressed with your self control! If I was in your shoes I'd keep finding things I like and then there go my profits.

Hope you made it back to TN safely. I stopped by your store a few weeks ago and picked up a couple of items. When do you think you might have some of these stocked there? Very interested in the BNSF SW1500 engine, Southern Pacific flat bed and the Bachman Crane Car. Looks like a great haul for you.

Industrial Rail model trains were made by Sanda Kan in China for a hobby Distributor called United Model. Distributors. Sanda Kan was the main producer for Life-Like and used the same tooling to make the N scale and Ho products for Industrial Rail. Some of the cars even have Life-Like stamped on the bottoms! They also produced very decent O27 scale rolling stock, a trolley and a steam engine which were bargain priced. Around 2004 the Ho and N lines went to Horizon Hobbies and the O scale line went to Atlas. Neither company has done much with the product lines. Sanda Kan was sold to Kader who makes trains for just about everyone. They own Bachman outright.

Interesting. I just thought that they were some variants of Mehano cars or something from the area of the former Soviet Bloc countries. I'll have to note this on my HO railcar history.

@@casstelles I think some of them were copied or knock offs from Mehano tooling like the 3 dome N scale tank car.
