Watching your videos has helped my anxiety more than any medication or meditation I have tried. It is so relaxing. Sometimes the music makes me a little anxious, but I just turn the volume down low and just watch the magical movement of your hand/pen. I am going to try some of this on my own so when I can't watch your videos, I can still calm my mind. Thank you.

If you guys think its relaxing to watch, try making one! Been doing them to help me relax during quarantine, and man, it works! Calming and meditative, and at the end, you have a lovely piece of artwork 👍👩🎨

Many of us would screw this up midway. Need lots of training patience and hand eye coordination to make it seem perfect. Very lovely drawing and excellent sleeping relaxing music to accompany it.
