  • Join us at 6am as we head to the beach and kickstart our day with a brand-new self-care routine! Since we started traveling full-time after getting married, our healthy habits took a backseat. Meditating, breath work, and eating healthy were once daily rituals, but hitting the road threw us off track. We've gained some weight and lost touch with our wellness practices.
    However, a healthy and successful life demands a non-negotiable self-care routine. So, we're making a commitment-every day will now include breath work, qi gong, and exercise a few days a week. In this video, we share our journey to reclaim our health and well-being while on the road.
