What size tire do you think you could fit with the 6.5” iro lift? I haven’t trimmed anything yet but I was hoping I could fit 37 12.5 on a stock wheel and could at least drive it around town until I trim it for trails. You think with no trimming 37s would fit on a 6.5” just for driving around town?
For this Jeep we will be doing an overland build so Coolers, lights winch a ton of stuff that draws power so it will have essentially extra power to be able to supply all of those things on long trips.
Multi tool does wonders obviously with a heavy blade but makes soooo much easier but also good job!
What i like most about the system is i can add a 2nd battery in place of the old air intake space
For sure, it opens up a ton of space. My plan is to do a dual battery set up as well
@@ROCKY_TV will you do a video on it, i am trying to come up with an ideas. Was thinking a factory dodge tray might work?
@@tjf1531 sure, once I do the dual battery set up I’ll post a video
One of the best mods ive done! I added some old seals around the metal faceplate to help keep it from sucking hot air from the engine bay. 😉
That’s a good idea, I didn’t even think about that.
Great video, Exactly what I was looking for. Thank you for sharing 😀
No problem 🙌🏻
Hey question, does your straight metal pipe (in the Thor kit) sit directly on top of your oil fill cap?
Yeah it does
@@ROCKY_TV is that safe to ride with?
It just seems like there’s alot of pressure on it
Mine has a little gap it’s not pressing down on the cap
@@ROCKY_TV gotcha, mine fully presses on it, do you think there’s a chance they sent me the wrong sized tubing?

Just got into jeeping and mods for my 99 4.0 jeep wj. What would a second battery do for the jeep if you dont mind me asking

How's the 1 ton swap coming along? I haven't been up to date
Haven’t gotten to much done with that swap, trying to get the other Jeeps running prior to the swap so I can still make content while I do that
What's the part number for this would love to put one of these in mind 4.0 Jeep Grand Cherokee
Check out Trailheadoffroad they sell the kit
Pretty cool!!!🤘🤘🤘
🙌🏻
I’d like to see some true number analysis on this set up before hacking more body parts out of the unibody structure!
I don’t have access to anything to give you those numbers however it’s not a structural part really so it’s okay to cut up haha
Yeah I'm sure that thin piece of sheet metal is totally structural....🤦🏼
Nice video!
Thanks 🙌🏻
Done. 2004 wj. Lightbar? Lol
Was kind of a pain to install. Especially. Because I hit my brake line
That was what I was scared of 😂
💪💪✨✨
