This may be controversial but I'd actually LOVE to see a guild/clan/team aspect implemented into a competitive shooter game. Wouldn't change anything in game besides maybe clan tags next to your name but It would add a whole new level of community and depth. In game clan chat and everything, and it would help people not have to solo q cause you could always see online clanmates and q together.

In Valorant, when the ranks reset, you can be put against radiants when you are at a lower elo, which really sucks but that's why I usually don't play ranked when the season starts
Seasons are the dumbest thing i've ever come across in competetive games. I hate games with seasons. Why would I want to lose my progress after putting down that much effort?

little explanation to riot ranked experience: you have 2 types of rank: your real rank and your mmr: your rank are the points you gain and lose on win/loss and mmr is based on performance like k/d. your mmr influences your point gain/loss in ranked; meaning you can lose 2 and still rank up on the 3rd as your mmr says that you belong in a higher skillgroup

WarOwl wasn't wrong. Jett's smokes last a lot longer than before. Before, her smokes were useless for the team and Jett wasn't being picket in pro teams
jett became pro meta after her buffs like longer lasting smokes and the ability to dash through cypher traps.

Game is only 1 year old but has a lot of potential. And I love the constant updates, not like Valve who kept me hanging for months. Keep it up!

Yeah Gold is absurdly inconsistent, it feels more like the MG ranks. You have the Gold Nova bots and the LE/DMG demons who lost their rank. In Valorant, you have the ranked up Silver noobs and the old Plat/Diamond players who got placed in Gold, all converging into one giant mess.
@@sondernfy what’s like the rank most are at? Silver? I haven’t played since episode 1. I placed gold 3, then won 2 matches and went to plat 2, and I never really played val again. I started playing again, but I know I’m not plat anymore, so I’m really curious on the average and if the resets will put me around there lol so I don’t get stomped and yelled up by kids crying.
@@MrDT2012 Episode 2 had over 30% of players in Silver, and more than 60% (maybe even 70%) of players in Iron, Bronze, and Silver. Most people get placed around Silver in Ep 3. I got Gold 1 and I’m pretty much hardstuck there - Side note: was Gold 2 last split

when i played valorant for a few weeks then came back to cs, the shooting and movement of cs felt SO superior imo
yeah in valorant you dont need to learn how to counterstrafe properly, as theres only a 1 frame difference of when youre accurate between just letting go of the key and counterstrafing, while in cs its like 10 frames which is huge

Love how my man says "Can't spray transfer, it's random spread so none of that" lol. Must say, the difference in spray patterns between GO and Val buggered me for the first while haha
The sprays are random but they drift left or right, and up consistently. So if you follow the tracer rounds you can actually react to the pattern and control the spray that way, even transfer it. I've seen top level players do it. It's less memorizing a pattern and more reacting to the gun; although there is still an overall (or general range of) behavior a given gun will exhibit.

I watched this vid as soon as it came out, and I tried maining KAY/O in Valorant for the following days. One of the challenges that came was the timing of the flash grenades, as I was extremely used to the flashbang timings in CS:GO, resulting in many instances where I ended up blinding myself and my teammates.
I also agree that the signature ability needs nerfing. Even if it doesn't hit, you get info, and if it does an immediate site take from the enemy would be shut down. They'd be forced to rotate (thanks to the movement speed, it's not gonna be that quick) or dedicate to a site with defenders on the ready.

You can always dodge a match by not selecting an agent or pressing alt+f4 on your keyboard just don't do it too often cause it comes with a matchmaking cooldown.

One of the funniest parts what when he died and did 125 damage to someone before he died and then did the funniest rage ever and just screamed 124 at the top if his voice whilst deafening the rest of the team.

Warowl for some inspiration hiko made an account and was stuck in gold-plat while soloqueuing a few acts ago when ranked was worse. And the max rank you could place this act is diamond 1 so radiants and immortals(me included) placed d1 while diamonds placed plat and plats placed gold
Warowl, the rank system in Valorant right now honestly kind of sucks. There's a hidden mmr system designed to help you get back to your former rank, or to hinder you from ranking up any further than the hidden mmr says. It's just Unrated with extra steps.
but you can change the mmr by winning/losing? its just means you dont lose or gain rank from playing really well 1 day or really bad 1 day. and you dont get stopped hard, like at worst you gain +10 when playing way above your rank and if you are good you get bonus so +15

(for example, Kayo knife has the same mechanics as a Viper molly, and Kayos nade has the same mechanics as a Killjoy molly). It's more fun if you think of it less like Counter Strike and more like Valorant. Trust
