i believe this is y ur show is successful, i will use one small 50 mm proceessor fan only since the eggs capacity is 25 only

Congratulations! Excellent video but why don't you add an entire electronic control system using a microcontroller (Parallax or Arduino) and some sensors? It would be much cheaper and tidy without all these electronics. And one question: Isn't necessary the use of a fan to fresh the air?
You might consider puting a non skid mat on top of your newspaper. Paper is fairly slick and your babies might develope splay legs.

Thanks for sharing , I use paper towel in the hatch trays , gives their feet more traction than slippery newspaper . Turkey chicks will get splayed legs on newspaper every time pretty much . Chickens are not as susceptible to it though.
very comprehensive videos.thnx.pls what's the maximum number of eggs ur egg turning system can pull. you did a 12 inch by 15 inch. may I know if I can make it about two or three times longer for more eggs?

Unfertilized eggs can be cooked as "penoy". At 14th day, they are perfect for "balut".

The thermometer i am using is the same used in your video, in fact i have STC 1000 digital thermostats from China and all related digital spare parts all from China and India to build up my own incubators
still my concern about the humidity which is not increasing more than 46% only due to still air system, how can i increase it
Add more water plug in some of the vent holes and don't use too many fans.

i bought homemade incubator and found to be still air incubator, i have run this incubator for 3 days approximately the temperature result is 39 as per the thermometer already installed in and 36 on the mesh as per the digital thermometer i placed with 46 degree of humidity
is this ok for hatching, i am planning to place 50 mm CPU fan, is it ok
please, i need your advice and guidance

Thank you for watching. The commercial thermometers available are sometimes not calibrated. So you'll just have to use 2 or 3 thermometers and test a small batch of eggs first. When you get your hatching temps calibrated and stable, eg. 38 - 40 deg C., you can now hatch your eggs. Yes you can use a computer fan. You''ll just have to use an adapter to run a DC fan in an AC power supply.

Yes you can use shredded paper too.
Atsaka boss patulong na rin pano i set yung thermometer sa 37.5.pano pag ikot at ilang oC pag namatay ang bulb at ilang oC para dumindi ulit ang bulb.salamat ulit
yung thermometer malapit sa itlog ang magsasabi kung anong temperatura mo iseset ang thermostat. iikot mo yung thermostat hangang huminto yung thermometer malapit sa itlog sa range na 37 to 38 deg C.

Boss madodel patulong naman , naka dalawang salang na ako sa ginawa kong incubator wala pa ako napapisa.ilang watts ang bulb na ginamit mo boss?ang sukat ng ginawa kong incubator ay L-21 inches W-21 inches H-15 inches 48 egg capacity.yung bulb ko 2 tig 50 watts bale 100 watts bulb ko at blower na 220 v.tama ba ang set up ko o talagang di fertile mga itlog na sinalang ko.patulong boss maraming salamat
madami pong factors, una dapat fertile ang egg. Dapat din di masyado mainit ang bulb para walang hot spot. Tapos dapat naka set ang thermostat na mamatay pag ang temperatura malapit sa itlog ay 37.5 deg C. Dapat din bilingin at may tamang humidity.

3 to 5 times a day. We use odd numbers so the eggs doesn't sleep on the same side everyday.
