I also think the same way and I'm a teacher. Children can learn so much away from the classroom and rows of desks for 7 hours a day. It hasn't changed in 50 years. Teacher front of class kids in rows of desk. Clock watching. No one being taught skills needed for life. Too much pressure on children at the younger age. Suicide rates in children going through the roof because at a young age they are getting tests all the time and if they don't pass they seem themselves as a failure. Teachers leaving their profession in droves because of too much paper work and pressure. More and more can be learned online away from school. Qualifications can be achieved. More and more kids being diagnosed with add adhd etc. School is not the place it used to be 10 to 15 years ago

The paperwork teachers have to do is absolute nonsense. Even teaching assistants are expected to be mini teachers. Watch how they will expect less from teachers in future once they realise. Then they will want the same pressure back on them. It’s a vicious cycle

Hi, great video, I stumbled across it by accident. I am also a teacher and use an iPad as my daily driver. Very curious about the shortcuts to import. Have you used iDoceo? We use it as a teacher mark book, it's a great app can import images to pupils files so you have a copy of their work when marking. We do have students with iPads, about 330 (across 2-year groups) and also use G-Suit. Will follow with interest.

Students? I prefer to call them prisoners. That is as a former teacher. Why is education a monopoly, union, and bureaucracy? Why can't computers replace teachers and make education free? Television promised us free college. Something is deadly wrong. Way too much waste and expense. I quit teaching after three years. Too inefficient at the expense of the tax payers. Then sent my kids to private schools. Very expensive.
