I have never made cheesecakes before, but I really wanted to try and make it one day. Finally, I decided to give it a go when I came across this video. The cheesecake turned out very delicious and beautiful, so thank you for sharing your culinary gems and inspiring me to cook something completely new:)
Looks great! The only thing I would do differently is to make jelly part little bit thinner, perhaps lay down half strawberries instead of whole to make top part more proportional. Ty
Boone Bake on YT does some creative and fun things with gelatine, but Chef Majk just makes it seem more achievable and less intimidating. Thank you, Chef Magic! P~)
@@ChefMajk - I, personally, am not a fan of gelatinized strawberries. I also am not a fan of the 1978 Chevy Nova, either. It’s not a slight or negative against your creation - it’s a throwback, and just not to my taste. I’m sure there are those who would find it nice.
That looks stunning! I’ve never seen a cheesecake look like that!

Looks beautiful! Can there be any substitutes for the gelatin to make the cake vegetarian-friendly?
Maybe, but I don't know how
You could try using agar agar
If i have agar agar how much should I use instead of gelatine? Thanks

Yes in the pot
I thought your dog was wearing a bib at first🤣

Yes for sure, I am not a first one who ever make strawberry cheesecake 😁

I will use the biscuit base and cream cheese filling but not the jelly it’s too much
Sorry to say, this looks like something out of 1978 (when everything was ‘gelatin’ed). Not for me.
And what is the problem with that, cars from that time can look cool as well and people still using them 😁
