I think we all appreciate this level of transparency and deep dive into the business side of things. It makes it seem less like a different world, and allows us to let our imagination run wild as to what kind of journey we could follow to get something like this.
Damn Adam, this is definitely information you did NOT need to disclose with us but that fact that you're including all of us into it is greatly appreciated and admirable. Many of us strive to achieve our dreams and goal, which may or may not align with yours on the scale you're at. This is insanely informative on the mindset that needs to be taken as well as the realistic vision that we can all do this. Just a few years ago you were riding a BMX bike and selling T-shirts, its insane to see how youve marketed yourself and really manifested a great path to achieving your goals. Another person I watch that was very open about income and sponsors etc, while not a automotive creator, was Disguised Toast. And talking about that stuff as a streamer is usually super taboo. Obviously doesn't have huge expenses like an automotive creator though.

Still so humble as a person after all the years of progression. As someone who's been watching as I rebuild my life, it's pretty cool to see the actual costs of owning a "dream compound" as well as being able to hire your friends. It's honestly all the more transparency for the goals lots of us have.

I was honestly expecting that place to cost 2 or 3 times as much as it did. After TJ hunts video yesterday I was looking at houses at thermal club and the only one on Zillow was $3.6mil. So the fact that you got that entire compound with basically your own personal race track for like 5/8ths the cost of one house is crazy (obviously Cali vs Florida, but still...)
